  Sea swim with a bit of a current which added a couple of minutes to the usual swim time. Nice flat, fast bike course on closed roads. Fast, flat seafront run. Very friendly and helpful marshalling. Same day as the kids event so a great day out for all the family with some seaside fun afterward.
