  Signage around course could be improved (a lot e.g. signs for 2nd lap or finish on run course turn, mount and dismount lines, bigger signs on cycle course needed and more marshals at difficult corners). Too much important information lost in too many emails and attachments that needed downloading and information does not state clearly how many laps required, although given at pre-start briefing. Poor ground conditions in and around transition and bike start/end lanes. Getting areas for improvement out of the way the positives were slick organisation and timing (watch out for velcro straps coming undone and losing your chip - advise to use electricians tape as extra security). Detailed and well presented race briefing. Good marshalling and safety support on swim and runs. Great support.
