  I've only done sprints for 2 seasons before this but my fiancee has raced all over the world and for team GB. I was terrified but she has done this one 4 times now. Doing this race has made me realize I can go and do a 70.3 next season, in between Olympic distances. Staggeringly beautiful, painfull, exillerating. Well Oraganised, they manage to keep it friendly and relaxed at the same time as accurate and safe.The swim loop was great, markers gave a good sense of distance. The bike was epic, with a long steady climb out, very fast long drop on good tarmac then some easy lumps But The Struggle! 3 miles average 20% , I swear there are some 25% points then a scary fast twisty drop. The run was exquisite in beaty and pain, some rock clambering at the very top then stony gravel descent. 10/10
