Top swim brand Zoggs have updated their Pull-buoy for 2014. Made from a lightweight durable EVA construction it has been designed for optimum buoyancy but with minimal drag through the water. When used as part of a regular training programme it is an essential piece of swim kit that will help strengthen and tone the upper body and allow the swimmer to focus on stroke technique.

The ergonomic construction sits comfortably between your thighs to immobilise your legs or, for a more challenging workout for your upper body, it can be positioned between your ankles.
