If you are anywhere near London at the beginning of Feb 2013 then you will not want to miss this opportunity! Tri Dynamic is delighted to announce the next event in their exciting series with Elite Coach Darren Smith. Following on from their Australian Dsquad Tri Camp in Jan they will be organising another Triathlon Master Class with Darren Smith in London on Feb 2nd/3rd. If you missed the Darren Smith Triathlon Master Class in AUG just after the Olympics then here is rare opportunity to work with one of the best triathlon coaches in the world. There was some amazing feedback from the Aug event.

'Thank you again.  It was a great opportunity to work with Darren and experience his 'hands on approach'.  He was very patient, explaining everything clearly presenting theory in practice and answering all those questions. BIG thanks to Darren! We would definitely come back to another workshop coached by Darren.2 months after the Aug event I beat my IM swim pb by 5 mins, swimming 57 at IM Wales.'Rafal, London

2012 has been a fantastic year for Darren Smith and his Dsquad. He had a record 6 athletes competing in the Olympic triathlon including the Silver Medallist, Sweden's Lisa Norden, USA's Sarah Groff (4th Place) and GER's Anne Haug (11th place). He was also the first coach in the history of the sport to have his athletes finish on the top two places on the overall podium in the ITU World Championship Series. He has recently announced the new Dsquad line up which includes Anne Haug, Katie Roberts, Annabel Luxford, Aileen Morrison, D'Ann Arthur, Jodie Stimpson, Katie Hewison, Anna Maria Mazzetti, Shelly Wu, Cameron Good, Matt Chrabot, Greg Rouault and Declan Elliot.

The Darren Smith Triathlon Master Class events will take place at Hampton Outdoor Pool and St Mary's University College, Twickenham on Sat 2nd and Sun 3rd Feb. There will be two ability levels covered over the weekend. The Sat will be for 'Improvers/Intermediate' athletes and the Sun is for 'Advanced' athletes. Improver/Intermediate is designed for anyone who swims 400m in the pool slower than 7.30 minutes and runs a 10k slower than 42 minutes. The Advanced day (Sun) is for swimmers who are faster than 7.30 minutes for a 400m and quicker than 42 mins for a 10k. Places will be limited to 12 participants per day. You can sign up for both sessions to benefit from an entire weekend being coached by Darren Smith.

Commenting on the London Master Class event back in Aug 2012 Darren Smith said;
'I got a kick out of working with those who attended the Tri Dynamic training weekend in London because the enthusiasm from the participants was infectious and frankly it was pretty easy to make some really significant changes in such a short period of time.'

Whether you are a motivated Age Group triathlete, Junior Elite or an Elite this is a unique opportunity to spend a whole day receiving coaching and analysis from one of the top triathlon coaches in the world to help you improve. All abilities are welcomed, whether you are aiming to finish your Sprint or Olympic distance triathlon or looking to win you AG and qualify for Ironman 70.3 Vegas or Ironman Hawaii.

There will be a dual focus each day with Darren Smith concentrating on swim and run skills with classroom, practical and video analysis components, just like he does with his pro athletes. Darren Smith is well known for taking in relative non swimmers and turning them into front pack athletes, as was the case with Sweden's Lisa Norden, who under Darren Smith became Olympic Silver Medallist and 4 x World Champion. She also won back-to-back titles at the prestigious Hy-Vee Triathlon. She rounded out the 2012 season with the overall ITU WCS title.

The swim component of the clinic will be based at Hampton Pool's magnificent outdoor 36m heated pool with classroom sessions and video analysis taking place in the poolside studio. The run component will take place at nearby St Mary's University College in Twickenham utilising the athletics track & facilities where several Team GB stars including Mo Farah as well as Usain Bolt have all trained. Each participant will receive individual analysis and feedback.

For more information and to book your place visit www.tridynamic.co.uk. There are only 12 spaces each day so book early to avoid disappointment. Tri Dynamic and Darren Smith will be running a series of unique events around the world in 2013 so keep an eye on their website for more details.
